Classic Danish Beach/Seaside hotel - "Life de-Luxe" like in the "good old days"

 
Badehotellet Grenaa Strand was constructed in 1914 as the grand prestige project of the town. The aim was to brand Grenaa as an exclusive beach holiday destination. That aim was very successfully achieved and in the following decades “Badehotellet Grenaa Strand” was guested by high society people from the cities, who spent days or weeks away from everyday stress in beautiful surroundings with panorama view to the seaside and the forest. 

During the years actors, musicians, businessmen and lots of other people has enjoyed the free atmosphere of “Badehotellet” and had fun at the best stone-free sandy beach in Denmark.

We have given the hotel a total restoration in 2023-24. During the restauration project we made it our keenest priority to preserve the long history of the hotel. A stay at “Badehotellet” feels like stepping into “the good old days”.

Today, Badehotellet has all modern comforts plus lots of nostalgic elements triggering memories of the best from the past 110 years. "Welcome, to Badehotellet, where you would wish that time stopped, and every moment would last forever.
